David Tedder brings over 50 years of multidisciplinary experience spanning chemical engineering, law, medicine, and corporate strategy to PTE Group Inc. His leadership has driven transformative projects, including the acquisition of tens of thousands of performing and non-performing notes.

David's expertise in structuring efficient business models and optimizing corporate growth has positioned PTE as a leader in real estate acquisitions, distressed asset management, and strategic partnerships. A graduate of Cal Poly Pomona in chemical engineering and Loyola Marymount University School of Law, David applies his unique blend of technical knowledge and legal acumen to guide PTE's expansion into diverse markets.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, David is dedicated to sharing industry insights through public speaking and mentoring. Residing in Claremont, California, with his wife Rebecca, David is passionate about his family, classic hotrods, and fostering innovative business solutions.

Larry Pearlman - Founder

Larry Pearlman's entrepreneurial journey spans over five decades, with significant achievements in real estate investment, note trading, and corporate consulting. As a co-founder of PTE Group Inc., Larry specializes in acquiring and repositioning performing and non-performing trust deeds, helping investors maximize value through strategic acquisitions and partnerships.

A graduate of UC Berkeley with a degree in business administration, Larry combines analytical precision with creative problem-solving to address complex market challenges. His leadership has facilitated the growth of PTE's portfolio and expanded its reach into multi-family apartments, commercial properties, and cost-segregation strategies for tax optimization.

Known for his ability to foster synergy across business ventures, Larry has also spearheaded initiatives in sustainable agriculture and startup growth. Larry resides in Long Beach, California, with his wife Yvonne, where they enjoy spending weekends with their daughter and grandchildren.
